If you add your family to our wait list, we will notify those on our waitlist when spots become available. By adding your family to our waitlist, it does not mean that we are holding a spot for your child.
We will reach out to you via email as soon as we have spots available. Filling out the Waitlist Form does not guarantee your child’s spot.
As a reminder, we do not hold spots until:
1. You have taken a tour (virtually or in person).
2. You have filled out the enrollment form accurately and completely.
3. We have received payment for your deposit. The deposit is equal to your 1st week's tuition plus our $100 annual supply fee.
We are passionate about caring and educating the children in our community. We are doing our very best to meet each families care needs!
Bright Wheel is a web-based program that we use to keep parents connected to their children during the day. We record the daily curriculum, bottles, diapers, meals, and pictures so that you know what has happened during your child's day. We also use Bright Wheel to invoice parents and process online payments. Parents can set-up automatic payments that are either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If you are a current parent that would like to make a payment online and this is your first time, please email Ashley. There is a $1 transaction fee for online payments.

A schedule of specific activities is posted in our communication area each week. Activities include individual and group activities including art, games, sensory activities, small manipulatives, gross motor, dramatic play, beginning math, writing, cooking, reading, and physical activity.
Please look at the sample schedule below:
7:30 am- 8:30 am: Children begin to arrive. They will have free play, but we generally read books, talk and engage in quite activities. Breakfast is available to all kids.
8:30 am- 9 am: Breakfast Clean-up, wash hands, use the potty, and change diapers before preschool begins.
9 am-9:30 am: Preschool
Our preschool time begins with Circle time. During this time we talk about the month, day, year, and date. There is always a focus letter, number, color, and shape for the day. We also talk about the weather outside. We do various learning activities that are cohesive with our monthly theme. We sing lots of fun songs to help learn concepts. We create at least one art project daily.
9:30am: Morning snack is served
9:45-11:00 am: Outside time, Reading Group, and small group curriculum activities. We also do potty breaks for everyone before lunch.
11:15 am: Lunch is served
This is also the time where we wash our hands, use the potty, and change diapers before lunch.
11:45 am: Story time! We all read a story together to wind down before nap. We also do final potty breaks before nap time.
12 pm- 2 pm: Nap/Rest time
2 pm- 2:30 pm: Snack time and letter/line/alphabet work
After nap, kids get up to use the potty, wash hands, then eat an afternoon snack. After snack we work on letter of the week work, which involves cutting, coloring, gluing and more.
2:30 pm- 4:00 pm: Outside play (weather permitting)
We will all play outside and finish up any art or projects from earlier in the day.
4:00 pm-5:30 pm: Free play inside
During this time kids can practice skills we learned throughout the day, choose their own activities.
